Ensuring Users Have Access to the Altify Reports Folder

TeamView users need to have access to the Altify Reports folder.

To ensure that they have this access:

1. In Salesforce Classic mode, open the Reports tab.
2. On the left-hand side, locate Altify Reports.
3. Hover over the folder. A pin icon displays. Click the icon.
4. Select Share.
5. In the Share dialog, ensure that all TeamView users have Viewer access or higher.



6. Click Save.
7. Log in as a TeamView user and confirm that TeamView runs correctly for them.
